T&L Catering is an outstanding catering company to work with and made our wedding day incredible. We worked directly with both Tom and Pam throughout the planning process for our wedding, and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating when it came to making our day amazing. The amount of food/dining options they offer for a wedding reception is immense, and there are no wrong choices when it comes to your decision. Our guests raved about the selection and quality of the food — from cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, everything was outstanding. Everyone says that it’s so hard for the bride and groom to eat at their wedding reception, but our maitre d’ Georgeanne made sure that wasn’t the case, making sure that even though we were constantly running around talking to our guests, there was food ready for us and on our table at all times, she was absolutely tremendous. Tom and his team are amazing. Jaci our maitre'd went above and beyond to help us ay our wedding. We didn't hire a day of coordinator but our wedding went well. Jackie was our primary contact on the day of and she was simply amazing. She kindly made my husband and I plates and brought it to the bridal suite to make sure we got a few bites in before our first dance and all the commotion; and she consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we could need. I found T&L Catering through our wedding venue, James Ward Mansion, for our wedding in June 2024. From beginning to end, T&L was a warm but professional presence while planning our wedding. Although I cannot recommend James Ward due to several errors made by their staff, working with T&L was the silver lining during a stressful process. I communicated with Pam and Tom Tavalaro and their chef (sorry that I'm forgetting his name!) leading up to our event. They answered our many questions with care and provided such great information whenever we needed it. On the day of the wedding, they surprised us with a few extra dishes, including one that incorporated my husband's Caribbean heritage. Because our venue required a room flip, their staff also set up our table place settings and made everything beautiful. They were so thoughtful -- I definitely recommend them.Jaryn

T&L catered our backyard wedding reception and they were FANTASTIC. We had a brunch buffet but they were still able to provide an hour of passed hors d'oeuvres for us, and they made everything feel elegant and move smoothly. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests raved about the food! The whole team day-of was spectacular and made sure that our guests had a great time and that my parents' kitchen and backyard were in beautiful shape at the end of the day. It was especially helpful that Tom contracted the tent vendor and the bartender as part of our total contract with T&L - having all three services under one umbrella made the management of the event so smooth. They also took all of my concerns about allergies and food intolerances seriously - we had guests coming with gluten intolerances, nut allergies, Passover restrictions, dairy sensitivities, you name it. Not only did Tom help us create a menu that made sure everyone could enjoy the brunch, he also made sure that everything was clearly labeled on the day. Ordered for Christmas dinner. the food came cold the day b4 with instructions for heating. Everything was amazing and flavorful. My one critique was The sirloin roast was a bit tough and even hard to slice... Maybe we just got a tougher cut of the meat but the flavor was still on point. I can’t write or speak enough praise about T&L Catering! We have been using T&L for so many of our special occasions, events, and holidays. Their food has consistently been extremely bountiful and absolutely delicious! Their packages are so hard to choose from because they offer so much variety! But you will never go wrong regardless of what you select!! Everything is so yummy! My mom loves cooking for the holidays- refuses to let anyone bring any food or even worse (to her), cater from a restaurant. “Nothing beats home cooked food” she says! But the last few years have been physically challenging for her. This year, I asked her if we could cater Christmas from T & L and she didn’t hesitate with her approval!! She was so happy and relieved when she saw all the delicious food from T & L. And the staff and owners are the sweetest and so accommodating. A friend recommended T&L Catering, this friend has been using them for all her family events and had all great things to say about them. I decided to do a bit of digging since I needed a catering company to use for one of our biggest school fundraisers.
