Chelsea Sun Inn is a 200 acre estate that operates both as a Bed & Breakfast and private event space. The estate is surrounded by miles and miles of lush, unspoiled countryside with unparalleled views of the famous Delaware Water Gap Mountain Pass.
Chelsea Sun’s original main house was built in 1811 primarily out of stone. The first floor of the original main house now hosts our expansive Chef’s Kitchen which features the original open hearth. The second floor of the original 1811 structure hosts renovated guest suites. The beautiful exterior grounds of Chelsea Sun Inn are perfect for hosting any variety of special events. The Grand Concourse, which features a large in-ground pool, Jacuzzi spa, fireplace and a fabulous custom designed event tent collectively provides nearly 15,000 sq ft of outdoor space to entertain your guests in.
