T&L Catering would like to thank Bed Bath & Beyond for allowing us to cater their holiday luncheon.  On December 17, 2014 we had the honor of catering for Bed Bath & Beyond in Union, NJ for their yearly “mingle & jingle” holiday luncheon.  One of our largest holiday luncheons to date, we catered to 2,200 hungry Bed Bath & Beyond employees.   Without a kitchen inside the building, we tented an area outside where we created a makeshift kitchen space.  Our propane powered trailer grill and roaster was converted into a fiery oven where we were able to heat dozens of trays of food for the 11 buffet stations inside the building.  The menu included a wide variety of items including Italian pastas, All American sliders, Greek Spanakopita, bite sized finger sandwiches & pinwheel wraps, decadent blondies & brownies & much more.  With 30 staff members on site to prepare, cook & serve, Bed Bath & Beyond employees were able to enjoy lunch all while mingling and jingling.  Thank you again for allowing T&L Catering to be a part of your holiday festivities!
